FAQ'S

We all have questions! Just a few answers to clear up any doubts and give you peace of mind. 

  • How do I book a spa party?
    To reserve your party, hit BOOK IT on our home page or package page and follow the instructions.
  • Do you require a deposit or full payment at booking?
    A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to hold date and time. Such deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your party. Remaining balance will be required FIVE days before the start of your reservation. If your balance is not paid in full by the specified date, your date and time will become available for booking and you will lose the opportunity to reschedule with the same deposit.
  • How far in advance should I book my party?
    We require a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance to reserve your party. If you reserve with less than two (2) weeks notice, please contact us by phone at 646-492-0678. Note that a RUSH fee of $100 and FULL payment will be required at the time of booking if your reservation is done within 48 hours.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
    We must be notified by phone at 646-492-0678 of your intent to reschedule within 48 hours prior to your party to be elegible to reschedule your event. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you reschedule for another party within 30 days of the original party date, the original deposit can be applied towards the new party otherwise a new deposit will be required. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded (no exceptions).
  • What happens if my party is cancelled due to inclement weather or mechanical failure?
    If we can't make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions or unforseen mechanical failure, we will return your full deposit.
